I’ve been thinking about what I want Memory Rain to be. I want a game that makes players feel like a detective and make deductions on their own. I realized the best way to do this wasn’t with just a point and click adventure, but with a text based adventure. However, I didn’t want to lose the aesthetic, so I added the command line. Using this players can type in commands like talk, ask, contradict, and take note. With these players will need to figure out what questions to ask and who to ask them to, as well as keep note of what they say to catch them in lies.
